I took all 4 kids(ages8-1) to District of Pi over spring break. We waited all of 5 min. Service was good and fast. We have always had a wait at Matchbox. Plus, I have found the service iffy at times.

It's loud and hectic during prime office lunch hour, but it's casual and the menu is fine.

Yes. As long as your kid isn't getting up and running around. There's no room for that. It's not fancy though, if that's what you're asking.
