He keeps switching IP addresses. It's coming from India and I've blocked a good portion of India already and he is still finding new addresses.

Is there a way to just block him from using the site?

I think the guy (robot?) is spamming right now, simultaneous with jeff's effort to remove them.

There are also some weird posts with international phone numbers...
