Not necessarily. Jealousy may come from feeling possessive or entitled to that person's attention. Jealousy doesn't have to be borne out of love. And you can truly love someone and not feel jealousy.

If you didn't love them, you'd feel various negative emotions, but maybe you'd also feel pretty clear that you wanted to leave them. When I was betrayed I felt hurt, angry, jealous, made a fool of, betrayed, etc, but I still didn't want to lose that person. I even felt compassion at times for their pain at having hurt me. I am not sure I understand the question. You can be in love with an unfaithful partner and feel a million different things when you find out. Betrayal, jealousy, anger, sadness, pain, surprise, murderous thoughts, grief, you name it...
I guess if you did not love him/her then you wouldn't care much. Maybe then you would feel indifference or relief.
