Redfin is great for buyers, but hasn't cracked the sellers market yet.

Despite the apparent benefits of Redfin, particularly when selling, no one seems to use it in these hot, wealthy neighborhoods. Why? Stigma? Is it better optics to use a high-end agency when dealing with upper middle class / affluent buyers/sellers?

In other words, is Redfin more popular in the 500-600k and below markets?
