Yep, Old Angler's Inn.
It's on Macarthur, almost out to the point where it ends at the corner of Falls Road.

Definitely Old Anglers. Get a table outside and enjoy.

Last fall, DH and I went hiking in Montgomery County. We double parked along a road and walked into the park, which, at times, overlooked the Potomac River and the pools/canals that were next to the hiking path. I think we parked along the Clara Barton Parkway, but I'm not sure. There was a restaurant across the street from the parking lot of the trail that looked so charming. I really want to visit this restaurant but I'm not sure of its name or even its location. It looked modest with an outdoor section with tiki lamps and candles. It had a very relaxed yet nice look to it. There was a gravel parking lot next to it, and its location was on a curve (almost a blind curve) of the road. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Thanks!
