If it is not a huge area, boils water in a large pot and pour it on the stuff. Works for ivy too.

All I know is hand shoveling and pulling it all out. And keeping at it. The plant can be invasive, which is why a lot of people use it for slopes or under shade trees.. I use round-up for weeds but that is far away from the house/kids/dog and I have no idea if it would work on Pachysadra.

Ugh, I hate pachysandra! It kills every bush near it. It is out of control in my garden. Does anyone know how to get rid of it for good?
