I think campus sexual assault is a real and terrible issue but I have big problems with just listing the schools with no explanatory information. I have no idea what the situation at Harvard is but I do know there are major differences in the ways the schools on the list have handled sexual assaults (which can take place anywhere, of course).

Oh, please. Harvard doesn't have a monopoly on cheating. It happens at all colleges in one fashion or another.

they cheat to get in too, it isn't as if they are all honest and suddenly they become dishonest once they get there. Not all of them are but I am sure there are plenty and FWIW it happens everywhere. Not saying it is ok but until they kick kids out for it and don't put them on probation etc it will go on.

If you read the details about the cheating "scandal" it's not as clearcut as the soundbite suggests. It was an open-book, open-Internet take home, and the students met with the TAs to figure out what the question meant. This had been a collaborative class all year.

10 kids is a cheating scandal. 125 kids in one class is a miscommunication and/or a midstream rule change.

And I don't even like the bastards. Boola boola.

What is going on with Harvard? Seriously. First a cheating scandal and now on the list for mishandling sexual assault cases? Seriously, I expect better from them.
