i do not like whole foods' party platters, so i'd vote for wagshals or costco (a number of years ago washingtonian mag ran a fun article on hosting a party via gourmet shops vs costco and the costco party turned out pretty darn good!). another idea is to get big party dishes from chipolte or moby dicks.

Whole Foods? Wagshals? Costco?
Thinking of an assortment of dips/cheeses and some apps we could heat and serve. Expecting a large crowd - 50+ in upper NW. Don't want to break the bank, but would love fresh and tasty if possible!
