No kidding. You might as well cook inside if you're gonna use propane.

And yes, Weber really is the best grill on the market for the money.

We've always used gas grills for the convenience, can use a cheap kettle grill if I really need to use charcoal.

Bought a Weber Genesis Silver back in 1999. Still using it today w/ regular maintenance and cleaning and don't anticipate a need to replace it anytime in the near future. Probably know 2-3 people who bought non-Weber grills and replaced them with Webers after 2-3 years of quality-related issues ...

Everyone I know who has a Weber spirit loves it and uses it regularly.

I have a big-ass Kenmore that I really like. I don't think Weber makes them that big, and if they do I couldn't afford it--the Webers are a lot pricier than competitors the same size. The competitors are hit-or-miss qualitywise, though. Do your homework.

We are very pleased with the Weber Spirit gas grill. We had it assembled and delivered from Lowe's. we use it a lot more than our old charcoal grill.

What's the point with propane? For charcoal, I would recommend a Weber kettle.

I am looking for recommendations for a grill for my small backyard. I am not likely to do any smoking, so a basic grill is probably fine. Although I have previously been a charcoal fan, I just don't think I want the hassle anymore, so I am probably looking at propane. The speed of it appeals to me. TIA for any recommendations.
