We have reduced the price and it is equal to or below everything else in our neighborhood. We accept pets but sadly our building has a weight limit on dogs. We've had to turn down three people due to that.
We haven't done an open house but at this point I'm not sure how we would get the word out, since we already used up our opportunities on the neighborhood list serves.
Sigh.
