No - they have to provide the file if it is requested. That being said, if your child was admitted to the program, may be a good idea to leave the AART alone for a bit and let them focus on those that are appealing the decisions. Or just send them a no-pressure email asking to have a copy at their convenience.

Last year, soon after my ds got accepted, I emailed the AART and requested a copy of his file for my records. She sent it to the front office and I picked it up the next day.

I asked our AART before I got the letter. I emailed the AART and a copy of the packet was waiting for me later that day.

Could you ask the AART even though your DC got in the program? I would like to see the whole package as it will provide ma lot of information on my DC.
Those who received it, did the AART mail it to you, did you have any problem getting it from the AART?
