You can make some substitutes to make it easier, like rotisserie chicken and store-bought salsa verde, if you like. I certainly have never bothered to make the tortillas from scratch!

Subject: Favorite chicken dish you have frozen and reheats wells?
Expecting DC#2 in a few months and starting to fill up the deep freezer with pre made meals. I've found some great pasta and red meat dishes, but I'm still looking for a few good chicken (preferably soy free. DD is allergic) recipes I can make in the next few weeks and freeze. Anyone have a chicken dish they love that has frozen and reheated well?
