Um, plus 1000. OP, you could basically ruin your entire life if you are a therapist or attorney. No career, no marriage, you'd probably lose a bunch of friends too. Not worth it.

Some men are charming. Very charming. Can make you feel fluttery from the attention. But that's how they are with everyone. Their identity is the charmer and they it's a way of life. Do not be taken in. The brief thrill will not be worth the longterm fallout.

long infatuation, a few years

things have started to get a little more heated

it is getting harder to avoid, the attraction, the chemistry

losing my strength to say no, losing the desire to say no

both are married, have young children and friends in common.

he cheats on his wife, and there are other women. i am not interested in being one of them, but sometimes, i think it would be more fun here and there than the boredom of my own marriage.

i know it makes no sense, does it ever? looking for advice.
