Any low carbers here? My husband and I are trying a low carb diet - similar to Atkins, but we're being more flexible. We're into the second week and are wanting more ideas of what to eat.
So far we've had lots of eggs, chicken and veggies, steak and veggies, spinach salads with avocado or meat or egg salad, kale soup, chicken soup, thai coconut soup, and fish.
What are your favorite low carb high fat meals? Thanks!
