One glass definitely doesn't do it for me. Not even 2 glasses. Might be just an outlier temp, or this might be your first day of thermal shift, meaning that you O'ed yesterday. You need two more days of high temps to confirm.

I had one glass last night before bed and my temp went from 97.5 to 98.3. I can't imagine the one glass would affect my temp that much and I had other signs of ovulation the past week. Thoughts?
