You can barely eat at the Market Lunch for $10-$12. Tortilla Cafe is a good bet. Tunnicliff's, too.

Acqua Al 2 has a prix fixe lunch for $20, which is a steal considering how good it is.

You could get a pizza or salad or sandwich at Seventh Hill for about that.

Zest has a prix fixe for, I think, $15 or less.

And if you're into gourmet hot dogs, see DC-3 on 8th St.

Love Nooshi but it seems pricey to me. Then again I haven't eaten there at lunchtime.

Belga's lunch menu, Ted's Bulletin, you could also just get a sandwich at Springmill Bread Co.
Chespeake Room, Lavagna are more pricey

We the Pizza, Good Stuff Eatery are on the cheaper end. But 10-12 dollars isn't really considered "reasonably priced" anywhere anymore. That's really more slow fast food (Cosi, ABP, etc.) priced.
