Subject: Have we discussed this house on Chain Bridge?
10:05 back again. It's a game! The more I study this picture, the more odd things I discover!
Odd. Front door with ONE side light?
I'm getting claustrophobic - there's another house looming over your backyard. I'd buy that house and make it this house's guest house.
Two MILLIION and you have crappy Home Depot plastic window boxes with dead flowers and dollar store house numbers?
Those basement level windows look like they belong in a medieval dungeon. Why only one set of blinds?
This is what happens when a developer tears down small starter homes on1/4 lots and to maximize profits, shoves as many McMansions as possible onto now tiny lots.

Have fun climbing those steps to your front door. That will get old fast and so you'll use the garage door entrance all the time.
Homeowner will quickly fill up the 1C garage with two rolling trash bins, garage detrius and a lawn mower and thus, the garage will not be used for its intended purpose. Of course, the homeowner who moves here will have three cars and will zealously "guard" the only two parallel parking spots available on the street and their main ar will be perpetually parked askew in that small driveway.
The garage door will be left open at all times, as it is the main entrance and exit to the house. The neighbors will be treated to what will look like a hoarder's paradise inside the garage.
HAHAHAHAHA. Welcome to McLean. The people in the older houses have it even worse. The best part is, they think they somehow have it better.

I think the interior is really nice and I like the rear patio. Not totally crazy about the look of the front but I actually prefer the one car garage over some of these new builds where the 2 car garage dominates the front of the house.
