I second Clyde's. Avoid the hassle of the mall and it's quiet enough to talk if you get a booth.

I love the wine at Seasons 52. It's quiet and they have a pianist sometimes that's fun to listen to.

McCormick and Schmicks (sp?)...the bar there is great for this kind of thing. Plus, they have a fabulous happy hour menu!
