If you're willing to venture east of Pennsylvania on I, there's Kaz Sushi Bistro.

Founding Farmers is nice. Tonic is always busy. Rasika West--a couple blocks away, probably a little pricier. Circle Bistro on Washington Circle.

Circa is good, and is right next to Whole Foods -- one very short block over. (I think on 23rd.)

There's also Tonic, very casual and kind of but not overwhelmingly collegiate.

Meeting a friend who works at IMF for an early dinner tomorrow. She needs to take the Loudoun Cty transit bus back home afterward so we need to stay in FB. Where can we go? That area is boring to me so I'm not that familiar with what's there. We don't want to do Burger, Tap and Shake or District Commons. I know there's a Circa around there... what else? Maybe we'll just end up eating in Whole Foods. Help me out here... ideally it will be not that expensive and fairly quiet.

Thanks very much in advance.
