I toured these when the building was built. Really beautiful, but I wouldn't want to be on the first floor like this one. Too many people can look right in the windows.

The location may be quieter than Wisconsin and M, but the building is on a corner that is a lot busier than many parts of Georgetown. The buses trying to get uphill on Wisconsin Ave. are pretty loud, and a whole floor of the units is below grade.

Been there. Nice building, but the view across street is a run down gas station. Any plans for that being redeveloped?
