Nope, it was the best decision I have ever made.

One thousand times NO! But might be more complicated feelings involved if we had children together....shudder....

How can you regret it if you are happier now?

Because I would have preferred to have a marriage that worked out and for my children to have a father in their lives.

I am so glad my mother lived long enough to see me happily divorced. It is a source of consolation when I miss her. She could go, knowing that the kids and I were safe and happy.

Single motherhood is really tough. My youth is officially behind me. The responsibilities and relentlessness of the demands are nearly unfathomable. Still.

I don't regret my children. I most certainly do not regret ending a very hostile marriage.

A bad marriage is a special type of hell.

+100

Another +100. To have once been in love with someone and then have it end is a bitter experience.

Nope. No hard feelings for my ex-wife, but I'm sooo much happier now. It's been worth every penny of support.

Nope. Best money I ever spent outside of paying for undergrad.

Do you ever regret your divorce? Wish you had tried harder? Waited longer?
