Well you should have no problem wit yogurt. The "dairy fat" has been eaten by the bacteria.
I have enough problems with cheese, milk, ice cream, butter, etc. that I very rarely eat those things. Why would I risk the discomfort with yogurt when 0% is available and I enjoy it?
