I went to this open house. It's definitely only 2 bedroom. Technically if you want you can use the basement space for a 3rd bedroom but there is no bathroom & the laundry room is not closed off. It's a nice house--lovely main floor. Upstairs is just ok. Bathrooms just builder grade.

Show me a SFH walking distance to Bethesda Metro. It will sell. Location, location, location.

I'm from the West Coast. we sold our 2br/2ba house for $1mil, 8 offers, all over asking. We chose the highest bid which was almost $100K over asking. This was a few years ago. It's worse now. It happens. It's crazy.

Just drove by. This is a really cute house in a great neighborhood. I think it will be under contract by the end of the month.

Considering it last sold for almost as much 9 years ago, yes, I think that is probably market value.

It's possible.. a smaller one (really 2 bedroom, nothing in the basement) in AU park went under contract in a few days at that price.

Can anybody see this house going for this much with only 2 bedrooms? The basement doesn't even have a bathroom so no way it works as a bedroom...this market is crazy
