You could muddle some limes with mint, add a bit of simple syrup and top with club soda in a pitcher. Float some lime slices and mint leaves for decoration.

Not Jewish here, so I have no idea what dietary restrictions there are, but something with lemon and cucumber would be springy and refreshing.

We're not super observant; lots of nursing moms. Guys like bourbon. What's a good mocktail that would go well w bourbon? Something springy??
