I don't know, but I clicked on your post because I was looking at it too. Only thing I'll suggest is that you bring a change of clothes and stay for the festival, particularly if you drove a ways. I suspect lots of people do that and you won't be the only who looks that way. In fact, I just ran Cherry Blossom and was thinking how great it is to see everyone hanging out after the race really looking like they RAN ten miles. Kind of refreshing.

It's part of the Apple Blossom festival that will be at the beginning of May.

How is it for "out of towners?" Since it's part of the festival, is it pretty hectic getting in/out--parking issues? Or did you stay at a hotel in the area? Did they give out finishers medals?

I love the colors (pink and green) and am already visioning a cute running outfit based on that...just wondering if is logistically possible (enjoyable) to just drive in for the race and drive back out afterwards...or will I be trapped in Winchester (without a shower! I'd actually love to stay and enjoy the festival, it's just the lack of shower that I'd be worried about) for the rest of the day.
