Yes! Garnet Hill makes a jersey duvet and we use it without a top sheet (because my husband is a wild sleeper and tangles himself up in the sheet). Garnet Hill has BY FAR the best jersey material of any I've tried: Company Store, Pottery Barn, Land of Nod, Target. Highly recommend!
