Yup. And there are a couple more highly anticipated scenes too.

I know it's not going to be for a while, but I can't wait until they catch up with Arya's current (book) storyline. It's my favorite. I'm so interested to see how she ends up.

Me too! Seeing it played out was oh so satisfying. Plus, I think the recreation on screen was much better than how I had imagined it.

There were scenes in last night's show that I hadn't remembered from the book. Like the meal in which Jeffrey received the gifts and used the valerian steel sword he got from his grandfather to cut up the book he got from Tyrion. What a great scene. It could have been that I glossed over it in the book just trying to find out what happened next. What a great scene!

I don't remember them either? Are they maybe a composite of other characters?

No, the Thenns were in the books. Their leader in the Mangar.

Who was that who whispered to Sansa that she needs to leave? Whose glass/wine was poisoned? Were they trying to kill Sansa? Why?

The guy who whispered to Sansa was Ser Dontas. He was a knight who got drunk and Joffrey was going to have him killed. Sansa convinced him to make Ser Dontas his fool. As a consequence, he is devoted to Sansa.

Since everyone is dying left right and center, it kind of isn't shocking anymore.

I did read the books, thought the wedding was well done. Love Diana Rigg!

Anyone shocked by last night's episode? Any non-book fans out there?

Yes they replaced Daario. He was blonde in the last season.

They also apparently replaced "mountain" 2 times. But I never noticed.

All I know about Thenns is from the books. I think this was their first introduction in the show.

Sansa is supposed to have auburn hair color. They may have went little overboard with that one.

Just watched.

Okay, the underwear model who travels with Dani -- Dario Naharis (?) He's being played by a new actor, right?

Did I miss background on the Thenns? Who are they?

Was it just me or was Ned Stark's old sword supposed to look like a big old peenie-weenie in that long long shot? So big that you could make two out of it?

New haircolor for Sansa? King's Landing have a run on henna?
