Subject: Need a recipe for a very large pork loin roast
quarter two onions in bottom of large slowcooker.
Add to frozen loin to top,
Sprinkle in some Lawrys, Garlic, pepper, 2 cans of broth, and a can of water.
Slow cook all day long.
Shred when I get home and add preferred bbq sauce

Subject: Need a recipe for a very large pork loin roast
I bought it on sale some time ago and it is taking up a huge amount of my freezer. I need to bite the bullet and cook it. Any suggestions or great (easy) recipes?
