Happy Birthday! I would stick a couple in the fridge for you to enjoy over the next couple of days, and freeze the rest. Freeze in an airtight container or zip top bag. I would probably defrost in the fridge, but counter is probably fine too. And I love your subject title.

Today I received a box of 24 carrot cake flavored cupcakes with real cream cheese topping for my birthday.

The problem is that I can't eat all of them tonight, or even tomorrow for that matter.

Can I leave them out on the counter (in their box) for a few days? Or should l put them in the fridge tonight?
