Like it won't happen to you. Just you wait.

Huh? Do you mean when you gave birth in you 30s and then you aged when you hit 40?

I was 40 when I gave birth.

Also I think if you are in your thirties or early forties with a middle-age spread it is probably more due to stress of life stage with young children...with proper exercise it is still relatively easy to get in shape. I think the real middle-age spread is due to hormonal changes in perimenopause.

You mean due to menopause?

That, and everything else that comes home to roost after years of hard or wild or careless living.

43 for me, though my friends the same age still look great, better than I do. So a lot depends upon how much you worshipped the sun.

I am 36 and most of my friends are 32-40. My sister and I were noticing today that (in our social circle) the ages of 35-38 seem to be the first block of "aging years". Nothing major just maybe some crows feet or the middle age spread. Things like fine lines and losing muscle tone in legs and arms seem to kinda show up around this time. Just subtle signs here and there. Is there a particular age or few years where aging seem to hit you?
