Excellent parent programs in place, including English language class for parents, Zumba, computer seminars, class level dialogues and school wide parent meetings

Do you mean by moving there? I would not count on getting in anywhere in the lottery anymore, too many kids in the pool across the city.

Not sure I would say it that way if you do "land" there - In most of those schools faculty, staff and parents are already working hard to progress.

What are some up and coming schools in the area? Since their isn't a shot at the popular ones, where can someone land with hopes of it turning around?
