I user paperless post, it doesn't spam you like evite does, but it costs more.

Yes to Sign Up Genius.

I love sign up genius. Class parties are much more organized when these are available.

Try to even out your signups a little. Like if it’s a more expensive item put two slots.

Or if it’s super important put it at the top. Put the less important items at the bottom (nice to have, but you could do without it)

This space has transformed in the last few years. Solutions are popping up daily. Partiful is the current front runner, but they also seem to be taking a Facebook approach. It's ad-free today and free to use, but a rug pull is certainly coming. It's been out for a few years now, and pre-dates the rise of AI in everything. There is a platform called Luau that uses AI to help create invite/rsvp pages. It's long term vision is to support even more impromptu type gatherings. The focus is on busy parents and professionals. I'm excited to see where they go.

Paperless Post has the envelope-opening invites.

SignUpGenius is good for when you need to organize things, like having people volunteer for an event or specific task.

What don't you like about evite? For nicer parties I've seen online envelope-opening invitations. Don't know what they're called. Some charge a fee per invitation sent.

Some people also use Volunteer Spot for sign ups.

Yup, those are the go to sites.

I think these are two good choices. Evites are better for managing a guest list. Signups are better for managing a pot-luck.

Are these the go to sites when you have a get-together requiring an RSVP or signups? This would be for a church-based group of about 50 people/families (and not sure if we'll cater so I'd just need RSVPs or if we'll do potluck and then would need signups). Thanks.
