No, you are behind everyone who applied in round 1, even if they have no preference. You will be ahead of those who do not have the preference for those who apply in round 2.

If you got shut out on Round 1, did round 2 and added your low performing IB school (which actually may not have a waitlist in the first place but let's pretend there is ), where do you stand on the waitlist? Since you have IB preference, do you get bumped up on the wailist on top of ROund 1 people or you get added to the bottom of the list after the round 1 WL?
