We did this last year. If you're keeping the same basic layout and it's not an enormous bathroom you can EASILY do it for $15-20K. That is with materials/fixtures that are mid-range -- definitely not builder grade, but not custom imported hand honed Italian marble.

We DIYed ours and it cost around $2,500. That includes stripping to studs and subfloor (tile floor and walls) and replacing everything (vanity, shower, tub, toilet, etc.).
