This are some of the things I give to my preschooler - the teachers heat up food that is not to be served cold:
pasta - typically penne with cheese and butter (my fall back and thankfully a favorite of DC), pieces of rotisserie chicken, frozen pancakes or waffles, cheese sticks, bagels with cream cheese, hard boiled eggs, Dr. Praegers spinach pancakes, deli turkey, Greek yogurt tubes, baby carrots (or cut up into small pieces for the younger set), leftover cheese pizza.
