For the guitar geeks out there (of which I am one) she is playing one of her favorites - a Taylor 912ce with 'Cindy' inlay on the fretboard. This is a concert-size guitar, Indian rosewood back and sides with a spruce top.

You're welcome. As I get more, I'll post more. It will probably be from the Bluebird. Now that she's laid down the tracks for these new songs, she can start officially promoting them before the new CD comes out, which is looking like late 2014, early 2015.

She sung one of her new songs at the Bluebird the other night. It's called Family Tree. My friend Em will also post a vid from that night, but she needs to get back to Paris first as she doesn't have her laptop with her in Nashville. In the meantime, someone else at The Bluebird that night posted this recording. It's not great, but it will give you a sense of what she's doing that's new. She wrote this with a singer/songwriter named Lisa Carver. Lisa has been writing a long time for other artists, but has recently put out a (terrific) CD of her own.

Jewel's new song Family Tree. Lisa is pulling harmony:

One of my favorite Lisa Carver tunes called 'Whiskey and a Gun'. Love me a good killin' song

Enjoy!!
