I eat so many nuts that I fear I might turn into one. It does not impact my weight, but what does is carbs-for sure!

When I opened this, I thought you were addicted to the trail mix with chocolate in it, because that stuff is like crack to me. I used to get a big bag at Wegmans, but can't any longer. I have no control. None at all.

Trail mix can definitely add up. Why not portion them out when you get the bag? 1/4 cup is a decent amount. You can also make your own--almonds/raisins/whole grain cereal/Raw oats/unsweetened coconut/sunflower seeds...unlimited combinations

I have been on a big trail mix kick lately. Specifically, I really like it in my yogurt for breakfast in the morning! It is tasty, I like all the different textures, and it keeps me full. I am worried that the nuts will cause me to gain weight around the middle though. Anyone have this happen? Any tips to help watch trail mix portion sizes? It is also way too easy to just stick your hand in the bag when you walk through the kitchen...
