I had IT band issues a few years back and went to http://www.proactionpt.com/ in Rockville. They work a lot with Montgomery County Road Runners.

We've gone to Bethesda Physical Therapy.

Anyone ever use Life Fitness? They're up in Columbia but I hear they're good.

My son and several of his soccer buddies have used this place for their injuries.

I am a runner and I have an injured IT band. I tried PT through a local Silver Spring practice but they just don't seem well equipped to deal with sports injuries. Can you recommend a place that is fabulous and specializes in sports - particularly running - injuries? Bonus points if it's near Silver Spring but I am willing to travel for the right place. I just need to get well!
