Lotus Cafe in SS, Vietnamese

Mediterranean House Of Kabob in Rockville (I think cash only) fun to watch the guy pound the bread

Max's Cafe in Wheaton, schawarma to die for

Oriental East in SS, dim sum, baby! go early

How about Urban Butcher in Silver Spring? It had a good write up in the Bethesda magazine. Leans heavily towards meat so probably not the best for vegetarians.

In montgomery county
Kid friendly (meaning we don't need them to provide crayons but just that bringing kids is acceptable)
We are adventurous and like to try new food. We also like a spin/new take on traditional food. Or just good food period!
