There are several BBQ trucks that has traditional sides. I'm a clueless Midwesterner. Is M+3 just BBQ and 3 sides like Mac n Cheese or Cole slaw or corn? Then the type of meat and style of sauce varies by region?

Tasty Kabob
DC Slices

I think we need a good "meat and three" truck. If I had the resources and talent, I'd start a truck and call it just that.

(Do people here know what Meat and Three is?)

I am wondering if DCUM will help me do some research as I am trying to convince my chef brother to get into this line of business in another city.
So, what truck to you like best? Why? What else/other food would you like to see? What are the drawbacks? What was your best/worst experience?

Thank you for responding.
