Eh there is nothing to choose between Original Pancake and IHOP. Grease, sugar and carbs either way.

We like City Diner in Bailey's Crossroads. Nothing fancy, but good service and food.

Artie's is excellent and First Watch is great too. Both places get very busy. Matchbox in MOSAIC district Merrifield has a good Sunday brunch.

What part of Falls church? If you are looking for something on the weekend Arties in Fairfax has a great brunch. Maybe 10mins west of Falls Church.

Can somebody recommend a place for a nice big breakfast around Falls Church? It is my wife's birthday, we need to be out of the house for a kid's event 9-10, then would like to take her somewhere to have a nice warming breakfast.
