True. Although this information can probably be found online so you can prepare. If you're traveling with small children, ask for help for when you get off the plane (ask when you check in though). i did this recently as a I was traveling with a baby alone and since we had a total of 20 hrs of travel, I had a lot of stuff (carry on, diaper bag, stroller, car seat, baby) and the help was a lifesaver.

Miami is a pretty easy airport to get around (at least compared to JFK!) and there is a tram between gates. I've made connections in 45 min before so as long as you pack well and hustle, you should be ok.
