Subject: How long will frozen banana bread last when defrosted?
How long it will *last* and how long it will theoretically stay fresh are two separate questions, if you live with banana bread junkies. 
I think a week max, probably best within the first 5 days.

I'd say a week. I usually defrost my banana bread Sunday to have during the week and finish by the following weekend.
