Another current ALG parent here. Our child has been at the school for two years and we simply love it -- we will definitely be sending our second child there as well.
As for rotating teachers, I wouldn't think it would be an issue for an introverted or extroverted child. There is a lot of continuity to each day -- it is not as if there is an entirely different set of teachers each day. Most teachers work 4 days a week and some work all 5 days. For us having numerous teachers spend time with our child is preferable to one or two teachers. They each teach in their own unique way, which adds additional enrichment for the kids.
As for the lack of individual classrooms, we have always felt that this was a benefit as well, not a draw back. Provides lots of opportunities for learning at many different levels.
