Aren't they both a response to the estrogen? Body produces mucous in response?

Fluid in the uterine lining and cervical fluid are two different things. Increased cervical fluid is a good thing!

yeah, I was more worried about whether this meant I'd have mucous in my uterus- in one of my prior cycles I had fluid in the lining and got cancelled.

OP, I have that issue when I am properly hydrated during normal cycles. If I don't drink enough water, I can see that it decreases.

On my second IVF cycle, a successful one, I had the same issue and it was more pronounced in pregnancy. My linining during my non-successful cycle was 18mm and 16mm during the successful one. I tend to have thick cycles and took provera on the second cycle to reduce the linings. I also have very heavy periods.

I am definitely AMA, and still quite lubricated. From the feedback that I have gotten, it is a good thing.

P.S. I also knew a woman who had the same "problem" while pregnant. She went on to deliver a healthy 10.14 pound baby, one week over due date.

Yes, that's normal. It's the increased estrogen. I wouldn't worry about it.

If so, did you end up with fluid in uterus/lining problems or was it ok?
