Should I also include the letter from the mortgage company noting their records are incorrect or just a straight letter to them?
I guess the other thing I'm worried about is that the mortgage company didn't actually correct it. As silly as this is, they told me they can only have one billing address per property so since my partner receives the mortgage bill his address is the one that gets reported for both of us. I'll try writing the credit agencies and hopefully that works.
