Weather will determine it but it will never be as crowded as summer weekends. I would choose mid-week if I had to choose.

Agree, I don't think either will be that crowded because the weather may not be great. If the weather is awesome, they will be more crowded.

We went to Busch Gardens last year - it wasn't that crowded, and it wasn't that cold either.

Busch gardens was fine last year but it was really cold.
