I wonder that too! I did an unsuccessful nc ivf. I would have been interested on doing pgd. Did you propose that? How much did they charge?

You can do PGD with Nat IVF?

I had Dr. Gordon at DF and he was really good, we did 3 rounds of NCIVF banked 3 embryos then did PGD, transferred one and now 10 wks pregnant.

Who did you use at dominion?

If money isn't as issue, give it a try. I am not a good responder (and have very lie AMH) and it worked for me the first time.
The theory is that the best egg rises to the occasion.
I actually found it to be just as easy as an IUI, and you can do them every month if you want.
I think I paid around $5000 at Dominion. ICSI is included, so MF wouldn't be an issue.

Give NCIVF a try either with Dominion or New Hope in NYC, I was lucky with it after 4 tries, and it was much easier than stim IVF.

Have you looked into Dr Check and the Cooper Institute? I have some online "friends" with DOR who found success with him. Also check out highfshinfo.com for more resources.

I was a poor responder to super high med levels (ended up with 1-2 embies to transfer with high stims). I eventually found success (twice!) without IVF. I know how hard it is - good luck to you.

This is OP. My best response was on super low dose stims so I'm kind of wondering if the meds just don't sit well with me. We can swing the cost of the NCIVF so that's not a huge concern.

I'm also considering one more cycle at Cornell (where I did a prior cycle) so we can do PGD. We've never done PGD before and I wonder if that would at least close the door on whether we even get viable embryos.

I don't think we would do DE or Dembryo. We will probably consider adoption as our next step but I'm not quite there yet.

Agree with pp. If money is no object, give it a try. It is possible the meds are harming your eggs. If money is a concern I would work on moving toward DE. I also would want to know how serious the MF is before deciding to try DE vs Dembryo.

Not sure--you may find some folks who had luck with it. Because of money issues and not wanting to waste time, I jumped to donor eggs after 2 failed IVFs and was lucky with success on the first try. It might be worth ONE try with NCIVF but after that if you were my best friend, I'd tell you to investigate DE.

I'm sure there are women out there that have had success, but that would have no bearing on your odds of success. If you have the money (or insurance coverage)--give it a shot. Why not? If you are OOP, want to increase your odds of success and are open to 3rd party reproduction you might try using DEs or--if your DH's MF is severe--DEmbryo.

I've had 5 IVFs (low dose and high dose/EPP, Lupron, etc.), which all ended in a BFN. I also had 2 cycles that got cancelled and a FET that also ended in a BFN. I have DOR and we have MF issues. I've been treated for immunology issues and been tested for everything under the sun. I'm wondering if anyone has had success with NCIVF after multiple fails with stimulated cycles. NCIVF is about the only thing we haven't tried yet. Am wondering if it's worth it to try.
