I still have some of the half-share LFFC lists from my last season in my trash folder. I copy/pasted a few from different points throughout the season. I did the fruit share, too.

As to your other questions -- I saw a couple small caterpillars on greens, but nothing gross. Never got fruit flies. I was pleased with the quality but did find it hard to use everything up from week to week.

I've seen some CSA posts but just wanted some additional detail...

I've narrowed down to these 2 organic CSAs and was wondering if anyone had feedback on them. I've seen a bunch of positive feedback on Lancaster but haven't seen much on Even' Star. In particular, if anyone has feedback on the following, would truly appreciate it!

-Are the veggies/fruits you receive typically very dirty or full of insects? (Saw an earlier post about a fruit fly invasion from someone's CSA box)
-How's the quality of the produce?
-For someone that's been doing this for years, do you think the bitter cold and snow we've had this year would impact the crops negatively?
-For Lancaster, do you tend to get the lower or higher end in terms of item numbers? (4-8 for half share -- do you see more of the 4 items or 8 items or does this vary greatly?)
-For Even' Star - how many items are included in the weekly box? Can you list a sample box? I didn't see this info provided on the localharvest website and have an email out to them. http://www.localharvest.org/even-star-organic-farm-M9994
