I've lost a lot of weight and turned my life around. I'm also a good cook which was a part of the problem. However I've channeled that into healthy eating. I do bulk cooking and prepare myself individual freezer meals and label each one with the calorie, protein, carb, and sugar count. I have dozens of these meals stacked so I can grab and go. For instance i have: chicken curry, bolognase, butternut squash soup, chili, split pea soup, lentils, eggs (the kind cooked in muffin tins),...ect it varies. I then on sunday nights I portion out the family's snacks, veggies, and side dishes (for instance I'm I'm having Bolognese I make and drain my spaghetti squash). I label (or at this point know) the nutritional make up of all of it.

One day I'd love to take this system public. I have friends who are so curious about how I do it and truly want to male these changes in their life, but simply cannot execute on it. I'd love to have a delivery service one day of either frozen or fresh for the week meals. All items would be high quality many of which would be gluten fress simply from the nature of being cooked from scratch.
